- Due to the handcrafted, natural aspect of our products, we are unable to accept order returns, issue refunds or credits. We will review potential returns only on a case by case basis, only in the instance where product is clearly defective and not exhibiting normal variances due to the dynamic nature of ingredients used.
- Note that these are hand crafted items and are unique. Variations in color are celebrated and enjoyed. We will not accept returns a product due to a color/texture/swirl variation from one batch to the other.
